Brown holds a BA Public Admin & HR Management and MBA Corporate Management. Teddy is a HR practitioner with extensive experience in private sectors across diverse industries including Manufacturing, logistics and banking, with expertise in the areas of equal employment opportunity, employee relations and conflict management. He graduated with a bachelor’s in public administration majoring In Human Resources Management and later MBA both from the University of Mzumbe Dar es Salaam Business School.

Brown has over 15 years’ experience of HR Management within both public and Private Corporation having 5 Years within Banking sector and 6 years in the manufacturing industry, 3 years concentrated in sales and logistics of the company (Tanzania Breweries Ltd). Brown has been part of the teams that have won Tanzania employer of the year 2 times in a row 2015, 2016. He was part of the IR/ ER Management team with TUICO (A trade union with industrial organization) with more than 4 years’ experience in IR ER related issues and specialization lies within Industrial relation and labor law, collective bargaining (Trade Union negotiations and management), ensuring harmony and engaged staff work force, also, general HR consultancy solving various issues in the workplace. Teddy also has vast experience in policy formulation and implementation, reward and recognition schemes, and overall general human resources management for multinational cooperation’s.
